Notes to the rental rates

To secure a booking, a 50% deposit is required. The balance (50%) is payable 60 days prior to arrival. Even though we encourage Trip Cancellation insurance, our policy is such that if you need to cancel prior to the 60 days, we will refund all monies minus an adminstration fee of $100. If it is within the final 60 days, then we will work diligently at filling your reservation and will refund all recouped monies.

Your stay includes a daily maid service, full concierge service, and airport meet and greet. We ensure that all your vacation needs are met by assisting you with all on-island booking arrangements including restaurants, car rentals, watersports, pre-arrival grocery shopping, private catering and more.

Christmas and New Years only available as a 7-day booking or more.

Government Tax payable - 15% on all rental costs. Note that we do not add an additional service charge as many other villas and all hotels do. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and wire transfers.
